Delivery & Returns

Delivery Times:
In stock items are usually dispatched same or next working day after cleared payment is received provided there is no query with your order.

Your parcel should arrive within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch for 1st class delivery and 2 to 5 working days for 2nd class delivery. Guaranteed next day delivery will arrive by 1pm the next working day. Overseas parcels should arrive within 5 to 10 working days but this will vary depending on the country. A dispatch notification will be emailed to you when your order has been posted.

Delivery Charges To The United Kingdom:
Delivery charges are based on the value of your order and are stated in full in your shopping basket.

1st Class Delivery
All orders - £1.75

2nd Class Delivery
Up to £4.99 - £1.50
Over £5 - FREE

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
Your order must be received by 12pm to be dispatched same day.  This delivery method will require a signature on receipt.

All orders - £8.50

Up to £19.99 - £4.00
£20 to £49.99 - £8.00
£50 to £99.99 - £12.00
£100 to £150 - £15.00

Outside Europe:
Delivery charges are based on the value of your order (excluding p&p) and are stated in full in your shopping basket.

Up to £19.99 - £5.00
£20 to £49.99 - £10.00
£50 to £99.99 - £15.00
£100 to £150 - £18.00
Over £150 - FREE

Please note: I cannot send parcels weighing more than 2kg outside the UK. If possible orders weighing more than this will be sent in more than one parcel. For multiple parcels if the delivery costs are considerably higher than those quoted I will contact you.

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties and charges which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Parcels:
If your parcel has not arrived please check that it is not being held at your local sorting office awaiting collection. Royal Mail do not consider parcels to be lost or missing until 15 working days after the delivery due date (20 days for overseas). I am unable to resend or refund orders lost in transit until after this time has passed. If parcels are returned to me as 'undelivered' I will charge additional postage to resend the goods. Please note I cannot refund or replace lost parcels if you do not let me know within 30 days of placing the order.

Returns:
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return your order within 14 days of receipt to: Crafty Trimmings, Lauraleigh, Harberton, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 7SR.  Please include a note with your order number, name and address and reason for return in your parcel.  I advise you to obtain proof of posting and to send goods adequately insured as I cannot be held liable if they are lost or damaged in the post. On receipt of goods I will issue you with a full refund including second class delivery charges provided goods are in an unused, re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.  I reserve the right to refuse returns after inspecting the goods.  Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.

Faulty Or Damaged Good:
Occasionally goods are faulty or damaged in transit. If this is the case you must contact me within 48 hours of receipt of the goods explaining the problem and providing photographic evidence. A refund (including return postage costs) or replacement will be issued upon receipt of the faulty goods. If you do not contact me before returning faulty goods postage charges may not be refunded.
